As a full time real estate professional Bob is experienced in dealing with traditional “normal” sales
as well as short-sales and foreclosures.  He knows how to market a seller’s property using the
latest Internet marketing tools to expose your property to the widest possible range of qualified
buyers and obtain the highest possible price under the best terms and conditions.  Likewise,
when working with a buyer he knows how to negotiate the purchase to acquire property at the best
possible price under the best terms and conditions.

A native of Michigan, Bob has been a resident of Lee County Florida since 2000 when he settled
with his family in Cape Coral.  He obtained his Florida Mortgage Brokers license in 2005 and his
Florida Realtor® license in 2009.  He is highly knowledgeable in the Southwest Florida commercial
and residential real estate market.   Bob has earned the following educational and Real Estate
